48 notice required to reschedule or cancel

 

Refunds of deposits for services scheduled on our website are automatic when you cancel your booking online at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled day of service by Handyman Star.

At times, we do understand that life can become very busy. This is why we will be sending you reminders to your registered phone number 3-5 days beforehand, then one last 2 days before your scheduled appointment.  

Alternatively, if you simply decided to wait on what you booked, you may then wish at any time before the day, advise me to simply swap the service that day with another service of equivalent value. 

Workmanship Warranty

We take pride in our work. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent under Australian Consumer Law.

HandymanStar Warranty: All labour (work) performed by Handyman Star carries a 90-day workmanship warranty. If a fault arises due to the way the work was performed, we will return to rectify it at no cost to you.

Material Warranty: Limited to manufacturer warranty terms and conditions only. HandymanStar will assist our client in the claims process, albeit limited to any supporting information, assessment, photographs or any other reasonable request by the Manufacturer's claims process.
